Built for environmental consultants

The platform built for environmental consultants, not for everyone else

EnviroAutomate is purpose-built software for contaminated land, groundwater, and site assessment reporting. It runs the full workflow your team already follows: field data capture, lab ingestion, screening against guideline values, narrative drafting, and a compliant Word output. It does the slow parts in minutes instead of days.

It is not a general-purpose AI tool with an environmental skin. It is a structured reporting platform with AI plumbing under the hood. EnviroAutomate only ever drafts. Your qualified scientists review, edit, and approve every output, and they remain responsible for what they sign and issue.

One click to structured, auditable reporting outputs

Most software vendors who reach environmental consultancies are pitching one of two things: a generic AI chatbot with no domain understanding, or a 12-month-plus enterprise integration that needs an IT project to land. Neither is what the industry needs.

Environmental consultants need one-click, structured, auditable outputs. A draft report that follows the same scientific process a senior would follow manually, produced in minutes, ready for the qualified scientist to review, edit, and approve. That is the brief EnviroAutomate is built to.

How it works, end to end

  1. 1

    Field data capture

Your team records site observations, sampling locations, sample IDs, photos, and field readings through the digital fieldwork module on a phone or tablet. Data lands structured, not as PDFs to retype later.

  2. 2

    Lab data ingestion

Analytical results from the lab flow in, are reconciled against your sampling plan, and are screened against the relevant guideline values for the report you are producing.

  3. 3

    Word and Excel report drafting

The relevant module assembles tables, figures, exceedance commentary, and narrative sections into a draft Word document. The AI drafts; it does not decide. Every drafted sentence is tagged in the Word comments pane with a reference to the source data and the tool that produced it.

  4. 4

The senior scientist reviews and approves

A qualified scientist reads the draft the way they would read a junior scientist’s first pass, editing, accepting, rejecting, and signing off. The human stays in the role where regulatory liability sits.

  5. 5

    Compliant reporting output

The final deliverables are Word, Excel, and PDF documents in your firm’s brand, ready to issue. No proprietary viewer, no locked format, no vendor dependency on the output your client receives. It is the same as your normal manual process, just much faster.

The result is a report process that compresses days of formatting into minutes of drafting, without removing the scientist from the work that requires their judgement.

Every AI sentence is traceable

"Every AI-drafted sentence in the Word output carries a comment tag traceable back to its source. The scientist sees, line by line, which sampling event, which guideline, which calculation, produced that sentence. Trust in automation comes from being able to verify it, not from being asked to take it on faith."

We do not ship outputs the reviewing scientist cannot audit. The deeper detail on the human-in-the-loop posture, the approval-gated actions, and the AI guardrails sits on the AI Safety page.

Live tomorrow, not in twelve months

Most software vendors in the environmental sector quote three months to two years of onboarding. EnviroAutomate onboards new firms same-day or next-day: automated EULA, brand wizard, user provisioning, first report. No IT ticket, no scoping phase, no integration project.

"Your team can be running live reports tomorrow. If it doesn't work for you, you've lost a day, not two years."

That is the risk-reversal we offer every firm we talk to. It is only possible because the platform was built from day one to provision tenants automatically and apply each firm's brand to outputs without a custom build.

Australian built and hosted

EnviroAutomate runs on AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Your data, the application, the database, and the AI processing all sit in Australia. Cross-region failover stays within Australian AWS regions. Your firm's data is logically and operationally separated from every other client's by tenant isolation. No shared model training, no shared report content.

EnviroAutomate's controls are designed to ISO 27001 standards. The underlying AWS infrastructure carries ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS certifications. Formal EnviroAutomate ISO 27001 certification is a roadmap item, and we say so openly.

Every deployment is validated by a continuously growing automated test suite, currently over 9,000 tests. Full architecture, HA/DR posture, SLA framing, and the technology stack sit on the Trust and Technology pages.

Twenty modules, one platform

The reporting modules span groundwater, site investigation, hazardous materials, soil waste classification, landfill gas, PSI drafting, and QA across every output type. Each module produces a specific report family that an environmental consultant already recognises by name.
