Subprocessors
A subprocessor is a third-party service we use to deliver EnviroAutomate. Some subprocessors handle your data on our behalf. We keep the list short, name every one of them, and tell you what they do, what they handle, and where they process it. This page is the public, dated list of EnviroAutomate's current subprocessors. We update it whenever the list changes and we notify customers in advance of any addition or replacement.

How we notify you of changes
When we add a new subprocessor or replace an existing one, we provide at least 30 days' advance written notice by email before that subprocessor begins processing customer data. This commitment will be reflected in our Data Processing Agreement.
The notice tells you the name and category of the new or replacement subprocessor, what data it will handle, the processing region, and the intended start date.
Customers with an active subscription may object on reasonable data-protection grounds during the notice period. We will work in good faith to resolve the objection, and where it cannot be resolved, you may terminate the affected service.
How to be notified
You can subscribe by email. Send an email to security@enviroautomate.com with the subject line "Subprocessor notifications" and we will add your nominated contact to the change-notification list.
You can also watch this page. The "Last updated" date changes whenever the list changes.
